October 4, 2026- Mail Library filters now load much faster

September 2026 Update
September 1, 2026- Mail that needed personal information removed now appears in your Mail Library as soon as it is processed
- Senders shown on a mail piece can now be picked from the organization filter even when the piece carries the sender only as text
- Estimated print volume on mail piece pages, derived from the USPS barcodes on submitted pieces — available on request
- Filter by what panelists told us about themselves — party ID, 2024 vote, ideology and more — and see how each piece's recipients compare with the panel around them
- Mail Library detail pages choose the most complete available photo set, so you can see more sides of a piece
- Improved consistency of mail photos when a submission contains several shots of the same side
- Saved views come to the Mail Library — name any filter combination and reapply it in one click, the way saved views already work on the Dashboard

- Trend charts now plot quiet weeks as zero instead of skipping them, so a gap in your mail reads as a gap rather than a straight line between the weeks on either side
- A mail piece's first-seen date now reflects when it was submitted or photographed, so pieces finished some time after a panelist started them date to the right week — a small number of first-seen dates will move forward as this is applied to existing mail
- Each state legislative district now appears once in the filters, with every one of its panelists behind it, rather than being split across two entries by how different voter-file sources write the district number
- Coverage now includes mail from our open-recruitment panel, with approximate districts where the voter file has no match

Late August 2026 Update
August 24, 2026- Mail Index now reads in GRP-style points — mail pieces per 100 active panelists — so it's comparable across geographies and over time
- Active-panel counting now includes every panelist engagement — mail submissions, no-mail check-ins, and surveys — so each Index value reflects the full panel behind it. Readings are proportionally lower on this fuller base (recent weeks land at roughly 40% of their previous level), and history from April 2026 forward has been restated to match; earlier periods stay on the prior basis, so a comparison spanning April 2026 will show a step at that boundary
- Dashboard metrics and the Mail Library now count exactly the same set of pieces, so every headline number reconciles against the mail you can open
- A mailer's sender details — organization type and ideology — now come from the mailer's own reviewed sender, so they always match the sender name shown beside them
